A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATION.

If you cancel 30 days before the trip, you will be charged 50% of the trip cost.

A cancellation fee of 75% of the trip cost will be charged if it is made between 15-and 30 days before the beginning of the trip date.

In the event of cancellations made between 0-15 days before your trip begins, you will be charged 100% of the trip cost as cancellation charges.

If certain activities should be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or government restrictions, the operator will endeavour to provide an alternative that is as feasible as possible However, no reimbursement will be made for such cancellations.
